Episode 2 of Donuts with Day is officially in the books, and once again, it was an incredible reminder of how thoughtful, curious, and engaged our students are right here in Hancock County.
This episode was entirely shaped by student-driven questions, which continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of this series. From start to finish, the discussion reflected what matters most to them—real questions, real perspectives, and meaningful conversations.
We were so grateful to have students and teachers join us, whether they stopped in briefly or stayed for the full session. Every single person who participated helped make the conversation more dynamic and impactful.
A special thank you to Mrs. Amschler for helping collect student questions ahead of time. Your effort played a huge role in making this conversation so engaging and student-focused—we truly appreciate it!
One of the best parts of Donuts with Day is the relaxed, open environment. It creates a space where students feel comfortable asking questions they might not otherwise have the opportunity to ask—and that’s exactly what this series is all about.
Thank you again to everyone who made Episode 2 possible. We’re already looking forward to the next one and continuing to build these important connections with our students.
